With a plan of returning to the mechanical watch world with its own high end watch offerings, Tiffany & Co. set up a watchmaking division in Switzerland a couple years ago. Its first launch, the CT60 collection, were attractive watches, albeit with stock movements & modules from reputable makers such as Sellita, Dubois-Depraz and La Joux-Perret. Now, Tiffany & Co. takes its watch game to the next level with the launch of this delightful new square shaped watch. The very nicely done Tiffany & Co. Square watch is retro-styled and inspired by a 1920s model from the brand’s archives, and will be limited to only 180 pieces (matching the brand’s 180th birthday this year). The best and most impressive part is that this new watch utilizes Tiffany & Co’s own in-house movement. Not only is this their first, but it is — quite interestingly — a square caliber.
