Yesterday, those of us in the United States adjusted our clocks for the end of daylight saving time, turning them back one hour (getting us that all-important 60 minutes of extra sleep, obviously). For those of us keeping time with iPhones and TV cable boxes, the transition happens automatically. But there are still tons of more analog timekeepers that need manual adjusting. Just as I, and many of my HODINKEE colleagues took out our wristwatches, pulled the crowns, and spun the hands back one rotation, Mr. Marvin Schneider made a journey around New York City, fixing our public clocks one at a time with his own two hands.
